Delete your Yscrubs account

YScrubs users can request permanent account deletion from inside the Android app or by email.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to Yscrubs.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning, enter the confirmation text, and confirm deletion.

An account with an active laundry order cannot be deleted until the order is delivered or cancelled. This protects your items, payment, refund, and complaint rights.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from your registered email address and include the registered mobile number. We may ask for reasonable verification before processing the request.

What is deleted or retained

We delete or anonymize the profile, saved addresses, profile image, notification tokens, and other personal data that is no longer needed. Limited transaction, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, accounting, or compliance records may be retained when required or permitted by law. Retained records remain protected and are not used for unrelated purposes.
